Everything you need to know about managing your PDG Mail subscription, payments, and plans.

Secure Payment Processing

Your credit card information is stored securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details, and our payment processing is fully PCI compliant.

Billing Cycle

We bill all active accounts on the 1st of each month. Here's how our billing works:

  1. Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month for all active accounts
  2. New accounts added mid-month are billed pro-rated for the remaining days in the current month
  3. After the initial pro-rated charge, accounts follow the standard monthly billing cycle

Payment Management

You can manage your payment information and view your billing history through the PDG Mail portal:

  1. Update your card details at any time under Account → Payment
  2. View and download PDF copies of your invoices under Account → Invoices

Plan Changes

You have the flexibility to change your plan at any time, with some important considerations:

  1. Plan changes can be made under Account → Plan
  2. You can only change your plan once every 30 days
  3. When upgrading, you'll be charged the pro-rated difference between your current and new plan
  4. When downgrading, no credits or refunds will be provided

Important: Quota Changes

When changing plans, quota changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade your plan and your mailbox uses more space than your new quota allows, incoming mail will bounce. Please ensure you have sufficient space before downgrading.

Important Note

Plan downgrades do not qualify for credits or refunds. Please choose your plan carefully.

Referral Program

Earn credits towards your bill by referring new customers to PDG Mail:

  1. View your active credits under Account → Referral
  2. Credits are automatically applied to your next bill
  3. Share your referral code with new signups to earn credits
