Account & Settings

Manage your PDG Mail account settings, security preferences, and account activity.

All account settings can be accessed through the PDG Mail portal under the Account section.

Account Details

Keep your account information up to date to ensure smooth service delivery and communication.

  • Update your personal information including:

    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Country
    • Other contact details
  • Important: When updating your email address, you'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.

Account Settings

Customize your account preferences and billing settings.

  • Configure your invoice preferences:

    • Invoice language (currently English only)
    • Billing currency (currently HKD only)

    Note: Additional languages and currencies may be added in the future.

Security Settings

Manage your account security and access settings.

  • Manage your security settings:

    • Change your password
    • Enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA)
    • View and manage active sessions
    • Log out duplicate or inactive sessions

    We provide a password generator to help create secure passwords that meet our security standards.

Account Activity

Monitor all actions taken on your account.

  • View a comprehensive log of account activities:

    • Domain and email account changes
    • Session management actions
    • Security-related activities

    Each activity is logged with its IP address. "System" entries indicate automated tasks performed by PDG Mail, such as MX record verification.

Account Cancellation

Instructions for closing your PDG Mail account.

Warning: Account cancellation is irreversible. Once confirmed, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • Before cancellation:

    • Ensure all billing is up to date
    • Pay any outstanding invoices
  • To cancel your account:

    1. Go to Account → Cancel
    2. Enter your password
    3. Enter your 2FA code
    4. Type the word "DELETE"
